I say 'new' on this one, but 'recent' is probably the more appropriate term. 'Cannibal' was featured in the May 2013 issue of Playboy. In Chuck's words, this was the story intended to out-do 'Guts' in the ick factor (you'll see why). So read it on an empty stomach.
Playboy subleased this story online, so the link is hosted on their Philippines site. It's legit though, and Chuck gave me full permission to post it. Keep in mind, Chuck has a short story collection due out in 2015 called Make Something Up, so the shelf-life on some of these online stories may be limited. So savor every word you can.
